Glitches in your game?

If anyone plays Raji: An Ancient Epic, there was an almost game breaking bug that nearly screwed up my save. When you get to the desert that's close to endgame, move on to some point beyond quitting. I had stopped there for the evening and when I started back up, she just wouldn't stop doing her wake up animation and I couldn't do anything. Some googling helped me out and I rescued my save, but I had some real panic there.

So I was playing Uncertain: Light at the End...

In Aspire Ina's Tale, in the spirit of energy section of the Dungeon level, there was supposed to be a interactive button but it never appears
Tried reloading checkpoint nothing works, endlessly stuck here
No solution on steam discussions as well

Star Ocean 6 Divine Force was glitchy for me, with crashes and graphical issues (glitches) - ps4

I had some odd graphical glitches wth Outer worlds too, as well as corrupted saves. - ps4

In the past I had issues with Atelier Iris 2 as well. - ps2

I had a corrupted save at one point in Ys 9 but an autosave 5 minutes earlier worked, thankfully. A few odd graphical glitches too - switch

Other than that I think I have been largely lucky.

Back when playing mercenaries 2 on the xbox 360 back in the day i good have posted over a hundred glitches in this forum.

so i went to check the score...
