I liked Hypnagogia quite a lot. Definitely was a more satisfying experience than the other LSD Dream Emulator inspired game we had this month. I even ended up finding the secret level.
I noticed I own the full retail version of this game through a bundle on itch.io as well. That's why it looked so familiar to me. Definitely interested in playing a fleshed-out version.

I also finally played Red Trees now. I liked the art style/color scheme and it's an okay fetch-quest marathon, but it's very repetitive. Someone else said that there was a run button. I wish I had known that. lol
I also didn't know what solving the river crossing riddle actually did for me. I know you get the bag of meat to give to the monster but I couldn't really tell if that actually changed anything.

The only game I haven't played yet this Itchmas is Baba Files Taxes and I think I'm gonna put that off for later because I might still joing the regular GOTM where they play Baba Is You before I get to the fan game.

My favorites this Itchmas in July were definitely Liminal Ranger and Hypnagogia.

Accidentally forgot to play the last game for this Itchmas, so I checked out Red Trees tonight. It was alright, nothing that really blew me away. RPG fetch quest like games are not really my favorite, so this was just alright. I liked some of the horror elements built into it, but it overall wasn't that interesting, especially with the ending.
My overall ranking would probably be
1. Hypnagogia
2. Liminal Ranger
3. Neko Yume
4. Baba Files Taxes
5. Friendly Fire
6. Nonsense at Nightfall
7. Red Trees
8. Off Day
9. Devil Express
10. Battle of Windows
