I kinda like how Frieren is a bit slower, but I've mostly been watching it while doing other things. I'm still waiting for the full dub release before I continue watching it, but I have previously read the whole Manhwa, so I know it's going to be good!
I just really like how cute and wholesome A Sign of Affection is :)... and I haven't watched The Apothecary Diaries yet, but it is on my watchlist, so I'll probably get to it at some point!
I just love the current storyline of Star Rail. It's definitely the best so far! Plus, if you haven't already gotten him, you should at least log in to get your free copy of Dr. Ratio. I think this is the last update that has it available (not 100% sure on that, though, might be longer).

Update 01.04.-06.04.2024
This is going to be a bit of a sad update, sorry! I haven't been feeling well this week and only started getting better on Saturday. I'm also posting early because there just isn't much to write about. I read nothing, watched nothing and played... almost nothing, haha.
Anyway, I've decided to shorten these posts from now on by removing the whole stuff that has no progress (except for the game overview). That should make the updates more clean (and even more sad for this week, whoops.).

Yeah, nothing to post about here.
World of Warcraft (PC | battle.net)

Finally decided to try out Plunderstorm and it's alright? Not my sort of game type thing, but fun enough as it's something new. Not sure if I'll play it enough to get all of the rewards. Right now I'm only at level 2 and I'm not sure for how long the gamemode will be there to be honest as it's temporary.
Honkai: Star Rail (PC | Epic)

Did my dailies and stuff. I've created a second account to play through the story once more. Slowly. There's so much I've missed the first time around. And so many more references I only understand now. I'm currently at the point right after joining the Express.
Again, this week kinda sucked, but hopefully I can back on track now!

Update 07.04.-13.04.2024
Another slow week when it comes to gaming, plus this update is a day late because I didn't feel like writing it yesterday. My mood has been kinda meh.
Anyway, I bought the new deckbuilder bundle on HumbleBundle, I was able to buy it. Claim it, but then it wants me to log in again to get the steam keys and they just wont send me the freaking confirmation e-mail in time, so I couldn't actually play anything yet, which pisses me off >.>. I got the mails from my log in attemps a day later, by then the code doesn't work anymore, of course.
Also, I didn't read anything either. But I watched a lot of anime and actually finished two season.
(Anime) Frieren - Beyond Journeys End (Season 1) 28/28 episodes | + 14

I liked it when more characters appeared, the episodes revolving around the exam were good! I'd definitely watch a second season. It was a bit slow, but perfect to watch while also doing other stuff.
(Anime) The Apothecary Diaries (Season 1) 24/24 episodes | new

This one was such a good and fun watch! I enjoyed it a lot and actually rushed through it in just three days, haha.
Final Fantasy VII Remake (PlayStation 5 | PS Plus) ~ 2:36 | no progress
Dragon Age: Inquisition (PC | Steam) ~ 44:54 | no progress
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth + DLCs (PC | Steam) ~ 358:54 | + 8:01
Unicorn Overlord Demo (Nintendo Switch | Direct Download) ~ 1:15 | no progress
Dordogne (PC | Game Pass) ~ 1:34 | new
Started a game I should have also completed this week, but somehow never got around to it.
Sunday - World of Warcraft, Honkai: Star Rail, Dordogne, TBoI: Rebirth
Monday - World of Warcraft, Honkai: Star Rail
Tuesday - World of Warcraft, TBoI: Rebirth
Wednesday - World of Warcraft
Thursday - World of Warcraft, TBoI: Rebirth

Saturday - World of Warcraft
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth + DLCs (PC | Steam) ~ 358:54 | + 8:01

I'm now at 393/637 achievements (+ 9 from last time). I had a pretty successful run with Jacob & Esau (I hate them xD) were I defeated Mega Satan, unfortunately no Delirium portal spawned. And other than that I did the Corpse with Cain. It's been a while since I've done that path and as always, I got confused by the steps and almost messed it up. >.>
Dordogne (PC | Game Pass) ~ 1:34 | new

Oh yeah, I almost forgot I actually started playing this last Sunday. I think this game looks really gorgeous, but the story didn't really catch me yet. Hopefully I'll wrap it up this week, though.
World of Warcraft (PC | battle.net)

Plunderstorm! We've played a few rounds every day. It's fun. Sometimes, at least. But we suck at it. PVP isn't for me. At least I'm not as nervous when we encouter other players anymore. My heart would beat like crazy the first few rounds, heh. We've reached level 12/40 so far, trying to do at least two levels every day (which only takes maybe half an hour).
Honkai: Star Rail (PC | Epic)

I've made it to Jarilo-VI on my second account (Not too far into it yet, though, we've just arrived at Belobog for the first time). I also got Bronya after 20 pulls on Acheron's Banner on that account which is hilariously lucky. I probably wont get Acheron, though, since I didn't play enough to get enough pulls, but it's not that important.
Other than that I haven't really been doing much, aside from dailies and weeklies. I still need to complete the current events, too. But I'm mostly excited for Aventurine who releases next week! For the first time since starting this game I've actually prefarmed all the stuff for a character, haha. I hope my pulls are going to be lucky!
I have three days left for my current crunchyroll premium, so I'll probably watch more Anime for these three days. I plan on completing Signs of Affection and at least start To Your Eternity.
There'll be more Plunderstorm, the next update for Star Rail and hopefully I'll wrap up Dordogne and get a few Isaac runs in. Everything else? Yeah, I'm not sure.

Update 14.04.-20.04.2024
Another slow week. I focused on WoW and Star Rail and played nothing else.
(Anime) A Sign of Affection 12/12 episodes | + 3

Such a cute anime! I really liked it.
(Anime) To Your Eternity 20/20 episodes | new

I liked the concept of this anime, the sad themes and everything were actually pretty good. However, and I can't really put my finger on why, I don't feel like watching the second season? It wasn't bad, but somehow just not good enough, I guess.

Thursday - World of Warcraft, Honkai: Star Rail
Friday - World of Warcraft, Honkai: Star Rail
Saturday - World of Warcraft, Honkai: Star Rail
This looks sad, but I guess my focus was on these two games the entire week.
World of Warcraft (PC | battle.net)

We've basically only played Plunderstorm. By now we've reached level 18 and I'm confident we'll get to level 40 next week. We're lucky they doubled the rewards for the end of the event, though, I don't think we would be able to do it otherwise xD.
Honkai: Star Rail (PC | Epic)

I've cleared MoC (except for the last stage), done the character trials (the Acheron ones) and SU. I've also cleared the Tides of War event.
I've even been doing a few SU Gold & Gears runs and with Aventurine I'm finally having fun in that stupid game mode, he's just such a comfortable sustain unit.
I've also been thinking about what teams to build from here on out, especially in terms of relic farming.
Aventurine, Ratio, Topaz and RM is kinda obvious since I've wanted that one ever since Aventurine was announced. And my build works pretty well, so while my relics for them aren't perfect I think I'll leave them alone for now.
The other team I'd definitely like to focus on right now would be Jingliu-Blade with Luocha and Bronya.
Aside from that, I don't want to bench Imbibitor Lunae, so I might get a team together for him as well :D but since he's also Imaginary I think building Acheron would be a lot better. For now I'm focusing on the Jingliu team, though. If I can clear MoC comfortably I'll be satisfied for now, heh.
(Honestly, I would build Acheron with Kafka and Black Swan + Fu Xuan, but that would just take too much time at the moment since I've barely put any time into any of these units aside from Fu Xuan).
I finally cleared the last MoC stage with 3 stars and all it took was... Clara! Haha. I got the idea from a post on reddit, but didn't really think she'd be good enough to actually clear it.
I also cleared Pure Fiction (at least aside from the last star on the 4th stage, but I don't want to try anymore xD). I feel like I've put so much time into MoC and Pure Fiction this week, just because I was too stuborn to not clear them completely. That last missing star irks me, but I've tried everything and I can't do it. There's still time though, so I'll probably try again in a few days, I suppose.
Hopefully next week I can finally play something else again, but again, this week I didn't really feel like it. Sorry for the sad updates every week :,D.

Thank you for your concern! I'm actually doing alright, I've just been busy and I just haven't been playing any games lately aside from Star Rail and most recently Wuthering Waves (and a bit of Genshin Impact and WoW here and there). I felt like it would be too boring to just write about those games every week and nothing else, which is why the blog is basically on hiatus.

July Update
What's this? A monthly update? Honestly, I'm still not playing very much, but at least I've gotten back into gaming after my extensive break. Which is why I've decided to at least post monthly updates again.
Most of the stuff I played in July were gatcha games and games I tried and retired, as you'll see below.
Games Played
Honkai: Star Rail

Aside from the obvious dailies and weeklies...
I struggled a bit with the last phase of the new Apocalyptic Shadow, I tried with teams recommended by guides, but continued to fail to beat the first phase, until I decided to think on what team to use by myself and finally managed to do it. I think I currently have two teams I'm really liking and I hope they'll stay feasible for a long time (It's the IPC-Robin team and Firefly... I haven't fully built the later yet, but it's still really good already.). With that I've completed all of the boss endgame stuff (Forgotten Hall, Pure Fiction and Apocalyptic Shadow) with full stars. Nice :D.
As for events, Stellar Shimmer was just another battle simulation event. But it provided a good opportunity to test a variety of team compositions and I really enjoyed that.
I liked the Origami Bird Clash, which was essentially Candy Crush, but still fun.
The 2.4 update dropped right before the end of the month. I've only played the first hour or so of the new story and I really like being back on the Luofu! More Ying Juan and Dan Heng is finally joining us again, too!
I'm neutral on Yunli so far, she seems interesting, but I'm more interested in the other new characters to be honest.
Wuthering Waves

I tried to at least stay on top of doing the daily/weekly stuff. I like this game. The gameplay is fun and I like most of the characters, too. I managed to get Jinhsi and her weapon, which is great! She's so cute. And fun to play as.
While doing dailies I've tried to do at least a bit of exploration every day. There are so many mini games and chests, I really wonder how people can clear a game like this so fast, it takes me ages to collect everything xD.
I completed the 1.1 storyline (Act 7 of chapter 1) that mostly revolves around Changli and Jinhsi and I really liked it! The new area (Mt. Firmament) is great! And some of the new mini games are really awesome (I love the Clang Bang Echo Challenges for some reason and Skiing is also fun).
World of Warcraft

I played some of Pandaria Remix. I'm currently leveling up my third character. I thought it was a great chance to finally level up some allied races, but it's just soo boring. I don't think I'll even collect enough bronze to get all of the rewards from this event before it is over, but oh well.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink

Honestly, I only played one session of this game at the beginning of the month. I liked it, but then didn't really get back to it. Hopefully I can remedy that in August.
Lil' Guardsman

So fun! I really like this game and the voice acting is awesome. I'm about 3,6 hours in. Honestly, I'm currently very slow on single player games, but I hope I can wrap this up in August.
The Witch's Cauldron (2024) Completion Time: 0:48h

It looked so interesting, but it was so, so boring. At some point I just forced an ending to be done with it.
Zenless Zone Zero Play Time: 2:00h

I knew this game wasn't my style at all, but I wanted to give it a chance because it's from Mihoyo. But nope. I just don't like it. I played for around two hours, but decided to drop it again. Which isn't the worst decision, since I don't really have time for any more "endless" games anyway xD.
Coffee Talk Play Time: ~ 4:00h

I decided to give this a go because Coffee Talk 2 is leaving Game Pass. Unfortunately it wasn't really for me. After a while I found it boring and started skipping the dialogue and the dialogue is really everything there is to the game. I did, however, definitely like the themes it talks about. Needless to say, I wont be playing the second game now, either (but that's okay).
Cobalt Core Play Time: ~ 5:43h

Fun at first, but overstays its welcome, or more like, every run was very same-ish. Nonetheless, I had a great time with this game and a few enjoyable runs. And I believe I might even get back to it at some point.
Freshly Frosted Play Time: 0:14h

I played it, because it was "free" on Amazon Luna. Not a bad puzzle game per se, but I don't see myself playing 8 hours of this and it was also a bit too blurry to be comfortable to play.
A Little Golf Journey Play Time: 0:02h

Another game from Amazon Luna. I didn't like the controls at all.
Link Twin Play Time: 0:11h

Had this really annoying sound when moving the characters, got on my nerves too quickly. This was also the first time I tried playing a game through Netflix on the browser. It worked surprisingly well, but the resolution was crap.

August Update
Another month went by way too quickly! I've added more games to my playing tab, but I really need to get to those. At least I also completed a game this month.
And Dragon Age: The Veilguard finally has a release date! I could honestly cry from happiness, I've been waiting so long for this game :,D
Games Played
Honkai: Star Rail

The new Apocalyptic Shadow was pretty easy this time, cleared it first try with my two current standard teams.
I wrapped up the new storyline (finally), but I have to say I didn't like the second part as much (prison) as the first. But Dan Heng was awesome :D. It definitely ended too soon. I can't wait for more.
I've also completed the Operation Memoria Snapshot event. This was basically Pokemon Snap. It wasn't bad, but not really interesting either. It would have been nice if there had been more easter eggs of existing characters in the background, I guess.
Next I did the other trashcan event that came after the one above (Trailblaze: Friendship is Magic)... the joke is getting a little old at this point, but whatever. Other than that I really liked the summon mechanic and I can't wait to have a character with such a mechanic.
Genshin Impact

I've decided to get back into it with the new update! I still haven't finished chapter 3 (Sumeru), or even started on 4 (Fontaine), but I've decided to simply jump into chapter 5 (Natlan) now anyway. Since they give you that possibility it should be fine. Though it sure was a bit of a trek to get to the questlines starting point xD. I've only done the very beginning so far. Other than that I'm also trying to level up a new team, but damn, it's really hard... I do have Alhaitham at level 60 now and he's finally somewhat usable. I've decided to replace my team one by one. Since I got Nahida and her weapon in a lucky pull a long while ago I want to use her, too. And Furina, because I really like her style. But for now I'll build Alhaitham and then go from there.
This game has gotten so huge in the time I haven't played, it's crazy!
Wuthering Waves

I've finally increased my Union Level to 50 (Mostly by doing a bunch of Exploration and Side Quests)! This time I made sure to pre-farm a little for the character level increase so that I can at least upgrade my main team. But then I realized I forgot Yinlin's Ascension Items, whoops :,D.
1.2 came around! I got lucky and pulled Zhezhi in only 30 pulls. Unfortunately her weapon took me almost the full 80 pulls, so now I gotta save up again for the next character. At least I can now replace Yinlin on my team. I did get a bit tired of her animations, so that's fortunate.
Now that the Pioneer Potcast has reset I'm also more keen on doing my dailies again. I have to admit I did take a bit of a week-long break between reaching Union Level 50 and the release of 1.2, but now I'm back.
I've started doing the Moon-Chasing Festival event, though I'm not too far into it yet. The initial quest sure was a bit depressing, though! But I really like Xiangli Yao. Can't believe he'll really be given out for free :D.
World of Warcraft

Ended up playing a lot of Pandaria: Remix after all. I've gotten all of the (not random drop) rewards, except for four of the Garrosh weapons. I've also ended up leveling somewhere around 20 new characters and finally got one of each allied race to 70. Honestly, it was fun. I just wish I'd gotten into it sooner and not just during the last week.
Aside from that I did the pre-event for War Within on basically the last two days. I think it was alright for a pre-event. Fun with good rewards and fast and easy to do.
And then it was time for The War Within! As always I was very excited for the start of a new expansion. So far I've quested through the first two areas and I have to say, the quality of the quests has increased so much, I'm really happy! I'm taking my time, though. I don't feel like rushing through this content.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink

Didn't play it, but still plan on getting back to it!
Lil' Guardsman

Same as the above.
Inscryption

I finished act 1! I think the gameplay was pretty fun and the puzzles weren't too hard to figure out. I think act 2 is going to be a lot different gameplay-wise and I'm really intrigued to get into it soon.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

I'm not too far into it yet, I've beaten Team Meanies so far. I've always liked the Mystery Dungeon games and I have previously completed two (Darkness and Gates to Infinity). I'm happy this was added to NSO! And it's a game I can comfortably play in handheld mode, which I really like.
BUSTAFELLOWS

I only played one tiny session, so I'm not too far into it yet, but I definitely want to play it soon.
Wall World Completion Time: 10:34h

Amazon Prime provided some great games again, among them this!
Wall World is your average roguelite where you complete a run, get currency for overall upgrades and then start the next run, getting slightly further due to said upgrades. The game is essentially split into two parts: You dig into the wall and collect resources for upgrades and after a while a wave of enemies spawns so you need to return to your ship (the spider) to defeat them.
It feels repetitive, but my first session was about 3 hours long and I was definitely hooked. I managed to beat the first boss the second time I saw it and I've gotten a key of which I apparently need 5.
Up to this point I've only tried the first weapon, but for my next run I'll try one of the other weapons as I suspect that they are better.
Honestly, easier said than done... after that it took me ages to find another weapon again, but now I'm finally getting the hang of swapping them at least. I've reached the second boss twice now, but couldn't defeat it yet. Then I had a pretty good run where I found five or six blueprints (upgrades for future runs) and the second key.
I got a laser gun! This is the best weapon of them all in my opinion :D. I also found the third key. And what appears to be the final boss, but it killed me instantly, so I probably need all of the keys first. The gameplay loop (the mining specifically) is starting to get a bit boring, so hopefully I can find those keys soon.
I finally found the last two keys. I didn't know that the third boss that appears is also the final boss from the top of the map and if the timer runs out it instantly kills you. Oh well, one more run. I fully upgraded the laser gun and drone to prepare for the final boss fight... turns out that there's no fight, the game is simply over once you reach the top with all five keys, oh well. Despite its anticlimactic ending, it was a fun game!
Loop Hero Play Time: 2:20h

I've played this game before through Game Pass, but decided to try playing it again now that I got it through Amazon Prime. Honestly, I thought it was fun. I beat the first boss on my first try. But overall I felt it started to get a bit boring. It seems too grindy. I was already tabbing out of the game a lot, so it wasn't really holding my interest. Which is why I've decided to just drop it.

September Update
This month was mostly filled by my usual three games. I also played maybe two hours of Granblue Fantasy: Relink and got a quick completion in, too, but that's about it.
I've removed everything from my currently playing list that I didn't touch this month.
For next month lets see if I can maybe complete some more games again? My stats for this year look a bit sad.
Games Played
Honkai: Star Rail

I cleared the new MoC comfortably. I don't mind this. I'm glad that the last few times I didn't have to struggle to complete these end game modes, it used to take so much of my time.
Better late than never, with 4 days left on the clock I've finally started the Saga of Primaveral Blade. Sorry March, it's not you. It's my tendency to procrastinate... but this event was pretty fun! I especially liked Jiaoqiu's story (it was hilarious, had me laughing out loud) and Qingque's story (I liked Scott's change of heart here)!
And then 2.5 dropped! Can I just say, I didn't like the Xianzhou story the first time. But these characters have truly grown on me and 2.5 was just so, so good from start to finish! Like Jing Yuan and Dan Heng... and Jiaoqiu, I felt indifferent about him at first, but now I really like him T.T
I've struggled a bit with the last stage of the Apocalyptic Shadow. But I took this as my sign to finally switch my Aventurine to a sub-DPS build. I think I've exhausted almost all of my available resources on his relics xD. I switched from Knight to Pioneer and also from a DEF chest to a CRIT DMG chest, so I had to do a bit of min-maxing to get his 4k DEF. When I look at my main team, I think only Ratio needs a bit of work, so hopefully I can get a few good pieces for him to up his CRIT Rate and DMG.
I farmed for about a week and I think I'm pretty satisfied for now. I shall focus on my next team now... probably the Firefly one.
I've completed the Festive Revelry Event. It was pretty short and easy. Could have done with at least twice as many puzzles! Even hard mode was very easy. Still fun, though.
Genshin Impact

So, Chapter 5, Act 1! First we have the Pilgrimage part, which I thought was pretty fun, especially because it allowed you to try out the two new characters and their traversal skills. Too bad I don't have the resources to build them. And after the Pilgrimage we head to the People of the Springs with Mualani. I liked the hot springs part. The other thing didn't really hit as hard as it could have with a character we actually got to know a little beforehand? So it was kinda meh.
Anyway, on to Act 2. Honestly, I really liked Kachina right from the beginning so I found the plot to be very good. Going to the Night Kingdom to rescue her sounded very interesting!
By the way, I really love Iansan's design! Small characters are so cute <3.
And that fight with the Harbinger was so epic!
The rest of the second act was okay! I liked the escape sequence at the end, pretty epic.
I've completed the "Where the Springs Return" quest, which is the Tribal Chronicles quest for the People of the Springs (honestly, I did it because there's a time-limited reward, heh). I think it was okay. Nothing too extraordinary.
Next I tackled the Traces of Artistry event, which was basically just a bunch of Natlan exploration. But I liked getting extra rewards for doing that! And Natlan is so fun to explore. I really like the overall vibe and music of it, too.
I also did Dodoco's Boom-Bastic Escapades, which was basically a Bomberman-style kinda mini game that was super fun, but there were way too few levels!
Other than that I've simply been doing a bit of Natlan exploration and a few things here and there in other regions as I was collecting stuff to upgrade my characters. I currently use Alhaitham, Kuki, Furina and Nahida and the team is definitely usable at this stage, but I still need to upgrade them a lot! It's fun seeing them get stronger and clearing content more easily with time, though.
As for future pulls, I'll probably focus on getting Constellations, future characters that look interesting (maybe) and I also really want Neuvillette. I have enough characters/teams I can build at this point, to be honest. But I am debating getting Kinich for the traversal skill...
And the next update rolled out... I won my 50/50 for Kinich. I wont bother with his weapon, but his traversal skill is sooo awesome!
Decided to unlock the Tree of Dreams in Sumatra to be able to use my Dendro Sigils! I just really want to be able to use all the stuff I find, I like rewards! :D
The "Of Thorns and Crowns" event was horrible. I barely reached the second point goal in each of the challenges before giving up, because it wasn't fun.
Wuthering Waves

I feel like my main team of Jinhsi, Zhezhi and Verina is currently doing pretty good. They are all level 80 with their weapons at 80. Jinhsi has her Fortes maxed out. Zhezhi's are pretty close and Verina has everything at level 5 at least (I still need to get a few of her stat bonus nodes, though). Which is why I will now focus on building my second team, which will be Jiyan, Mortefi and Baizhi! And I'm also pretty close to getting the weapon from the standard banner for Mortefi (I'm at 50 pity right now).
I've continued the Moon-Chasing Festival Event. I absolutely love Xiangli Yao! I'm so happy he's given out for free. I'll definitely try to get his weapon and build him <3. But first I'll do Jiyan.
I absolutely loved having these little interactions with all of the characters. And those super cute chibi arts! The final quests where so cute. The dates! Zhezhi is so cute! And Xiangli Yao, too <3.
I finally got Xiangli Yao's weapon at 66 pulls! Now I can save up for the next character that interests me.
I did all the small events, too. Alloy Smelt II and the Wuthering Exploration one. I also did some, but not everything of the latest Elusive Realm (Carnival in Slumberland). I definitely need to start these sooner from now on...
I've also finally reached Union Level 60 and increased my SOL3 Phase to rank 7. Everyone can now finally be max level, yay.
1.3 rolled out. I pulled for Shorekeeper and I'll put everything I get to pull for her weapon, too. Maybe I'll get lucky :). I want to use her with Xiangli Yao and Changli (not that I have the resources to build them right now since I'm still struggling with my first team T.T). I'll probably skip the next banners (Jiyan rerun since I don't care for Youhu and I'm also not really interested in Camellya so far). I'd rather save up to get a future character and their weapon comfortably. Honestly, I was going to skip Shorekeeper, too, but I love her design and she's a support, so there's that :D.
World of Warcraft

I wrapped up the campaign of Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet! Pretty good. I liked Anduin's development.
I also did a round of weekly stuff for the first time. Though I only did the weeklies for two weeks and then I've already not played at all for the other two.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink

I've started on chapter 2! It's so weird to get back to a game after not playing for so long, but getting back into it wasn't too bad. So I killed some goblins, saved some villagers... and that was already all of chapter 2.
Chapter 3... we're going after the primal beast now. The area was pretty cool, but it was way too short! We beat the beast, but Lyra gets abducted by some bad people, uh... the Church of Avia. And that leads to chapter 4.
Looking Up I See Only A Ceiling Completion Time: 0:20h

Short, atmospheric point-&-click Adventure. It was short, so it was okay, but I didn't really like it much. There's a DLC, but since I didn't like the main game much, I wont play through it.
This month was mostly filled by my usual three games. I also played maybe two hours of Granblue Fantasy: Relink and got a quick completion in, too, but that's about it.

Chapter 3... we're going after the primal beast now. The area was pretty cool, but it was way too short! We beat the beast, but Lyra gets abducted by some bad people, uh... the Church of Avia. And that leads to chapter 4.
Completed Games
Looking Up I See Only A Ceiling Completion Time: 0:20h

Short, atmospheric point-&-click Adventure. It was short, so it was okay, but I didn't really like it much. There's a DLC, but since I didn't like the main game much, I wont play through it.

October Update
Honestly, October was only big as far as Genshin Impact is concerned as I really got back into that game, it seems.
Games Played
Honkai: Star Rail

As per a common suggestion, I've completed Luka's companion mission, before I started the Luminary Wardance event. I have to say, it was short than I thought and I basically just went like: *shrug* when it was over. For a character that wasn't featured much at all, I did expect his story to give a bit more.
For good measure I also decided to finally do the companion missions for Argenti and Yunli. I wasn't sure if they'll be part of the Luminary Wardance event, but it doesn't hurt to catch up on some of this other side content either.
Argenti's companion mission was definitely fun!
I did Yunli's next and I didn't expect Argenti to be a part of it. Definitely did those in the right order then! And I still really like Yunli, the art of her as a child was soo cute!
I was going for Lingsha Eidolons, but she just didn't want to drop for me. Lost my last 50/50 to Gepard and put 40 more pulls into her banner before I decided that I'll just keep the guarantee. With Sunday on the horizon... I might need all the pulls I can get <3. Hopefully I wont like Rappa, haha.
I'm glad that I started the Luminary Wardance event early (early for me at least) because this event takes a while! Again, this event definitely helped me try out some new team combos with its trials characters.
The event story definitely had some good points, however, overall I'm not too interested in most of the featured characters and while I think it's great that Luka finally got a bit of a spotlight, I'm not really interested in his character, either. But it was still a great event with a decent length and story! And I liked Argenti and Mr. Tail in this event. And the one scene with Firefly was also hilarious. The event also showed me that I definitely find Boothill annoying, too xD. I just hate the way he talks.
I really expected to get a trial Luka for the last challenge at least, but I guess not. I really like Yanqing's development, not only in this event, but the previous story, too. I'm actually starting to like the kid!
And young Jing Yuan is so cute <3.
Saying farewell to the Yaoqing people was hilarious. Moze and Jiaoqiu are such dorks.
I haven't touched 2.6 yet, I still need to do the main story and events!
Genshin Impact

I've wrapped up the Mementos of Teyvat event and I really liked it. I like photo taking events :).
Next I did the Tribal Chronicle Quest "Yupanqui's Turnfire" for the extra rewards. And I gotta say, Kinich is so cool. I liked this one a lot more than Mualani's. Also the Mountain King is so cute!
I've decided to increase my world level to level 5 now since everything is becoming trivial as my team becomes stronger.
Since I plan on getting Neuvillette and looking a bit at team comps I've decided that I'll get Xilonen and probably move Furina over to him and my Alhaitham will get Xingqiu.
I've started the new act three and four of Chapter five. I really like Citlali and Ororon. Both of their designs are pretty awesome and I also like their character in general, especially Citlali is really fun! Her getting drunk and all that, I gotta say, it definitely was amusing. And their relationship is just so fun!
I also have to say that I found Paimon to be so annoying back when I played through Liyue. I remember getting a headache from her high pitched voice if I played through the story for too long. I don't remember what I thought of her in Inazuma... but I feel like they either toned her down a little, or she doesn't yap as much anymore. Either way, I'm definitely enjoying the archon quest so far.
I've wrapped up act three when I decided to do a bit of... other stuff. I did some random exploration in Natlan. And some random side quests.
(Quest) Tracer No Tracing - a young woman in some underground ruin is looking for an elixir that can cure all injuries. Our dino friend is so cute in this quest! And we've reached the Upper Sanctum (the island in the sky) through this quest.
(Quest) Seeker No Finding - this is the quest that comes right after the one above. I do not like Chikya. She's so rude! But the surfing in this quest is fun. In the end of course the elixier wasn't real. It was still a nice quest and I'm happy I can finally reach those island in the sky.
I've completed the Aphid Treasure Trace event (catching bugs with Natlan characters). It was fun, fast and easy to get all of the rewards, so I liked it.
(Quest) Shadows of the Mountains Chain (Beneath the Crystal Rock & Peace to the Slumbering) - We are tasked to resolve the Shadow Pin issue and reinforce the seal placed upon the Abyss. This quest unlocks some underground areas where we need to find inscriptions. By the way, I love how most of these quests incorporate our little Saurian friend <3 he's so cute.
(I also killed my first local legend, Tlatzacuilotl, while I was doing this quest. Dodging is just so weird somehow in this game.)
In any case, the big Shadow Pin crashed through the ground, so another area opened up. That underground area sure looked beautiful! And that cat at the end, omg! Can I have one like that as a pet? T.T
I've decided to do the In the Footsteps of the Chosen of Dragons quests next, as all of these revolve around our little Saurian friend <3.
(Quest) Treasures and Collectors - We explore an excavation site with our Saurian friend.
(Quest) Special Friends - We meet a Yumkasaurus and Alpaca! The Alpaca don't want to be friends with our Saurian T.T Well, in the end at least one of them ended up as his friend, so all's good.
(Quest) Feeling Like Fish Today! - We fish with our Saurian friend. That's it.
(Quest) Lies and Promises - We meet a Yumkasaurus that is blocking a chest... we feed it, but that doesn't help. In the end our Saurian friend as to go and steal the chest xD. But there's even an achievement to feed it one more time after the quest, aw <3.
(Quest) Lights, Kamera, Action! - We help with a movie... by setting up props and then star in the movie
(Quest) A Saurian Lover's Ordinary Days - We try to help a passed out person that is surrounded by Saurians. There really isn't much to say about this one *shrugs*.
(Quest) Tepetlisaurus Hide-and-Seek - Our Saurian buddy goes to play with some friends and then we just have to find it.
(Quest) Weighty Wings - We help a injured Qucusaurus.
(Quest) Gifts and Gifts in Return - We finally get to the Rest Area and I can see all of the little gifts I've collected for the Saurian buddy! He has a gift for us, too! And then we get him a neat Gemstone Jewlery!
(Quest) Waiting For Seeds to Sprout - Our Saurian buddy digs up a seed and we decide to plant it. Then we have to defend it and... that's it. It doesn't even sprout xD.
And that concludes those quests, according to the guide at least? They were all pretty short. But the Saurian companion is soo cute, so it was definitely worth it!
(Quest) Revelations from the Past - This is the third part of the Between Pledge and Forgettance quest chain. This is the big quest chain about our Saurian companion, so naturally I had to complete it next. We are going to make a pilgrimage to the volcano! We enter the Ruins of Sage of the Stolen Flame to complete the trial. And we get to play as our little Saurian friend, aww... <3 and finally some good puzzles! And Paimon is so cute with the Saurian <3.
We even get to fight a big boss at the end! I don't think I understand half of the stuff said in this quest, but we did end up getting the Golden Entreaty, which is required to journey to the Volcano to remove the Flamelord's Blessing from our little friend? Is that it for now, though? I suppose I'll have to wait for the next quest, in this chain, I guess.
(Also that quest pushed my Adventure Rank to 54 giving me a standard pull that gave me C3 Diluc. Nice!)
As a little interlude, I've decided to go back and... do a few quests in Mondstadt now. Just because I really want to increase my reputation there. Before starting I was at 9/22 according to the Mondstadt Rep interface.
Honestly, I really want to farm more Primos at the moment. I want to pull on Nahida's banner, but I also want Neuvilette. Why do their reruns have to be so close together :(? Let's just put as much time as I can into this. This probably isn't the most time efficient method, but I also want to do the things I feel like to not get burned out, so I don't really care.
(Quest) Carmen Dei (Venti Story Quest) - Since this is a prerequisite to the first quest on the rep list, I'll do it first. I'm positively surprised that these are voiced, to be honest! First, we train with Ellin (I remember this quest, hah! And I think I already did a few steps of Carmen Dei a long time ago, because this doesn't feel like the beginning of the quest, but whatever.) and then go through the Temple of the Lion. After that we head back to Mondstadt to find some legendary weapons. And after that we head to Angel's Share and we learn some interesting things. Finally we have a little chat with Venti... and that poem at the end was actually really beautiful.
(Quest) Mondstadt and its Archon - We gather some Dandelion Seeds for Grace and scatter them atop of the statue on Mondstadt. And that's already it.
Cant do Equivalent Exchange, because I haven't done the prerequisite Daily Commission for it. But I'm changing my region to Mondstadt for now, maybe I'll get lucky.
(Quest) Lingering Malady - For this quest we just need to find some billboards and posters around Mondstadt. I think I even collected one of these a few days ago. Kinich came in very handy here.
(Quest) Time Waits For No Man - We just have to kill enemies in three different locations.
(Quest) Thief-Catcher - Sequel to the previous quest were we have to take care of some Treasure Hoarders.
(Quest) Cleanup At Dawn - We help clean up the Dawn Winery with a bit of Hydro powers.
(Quest) In the Aftermath - We get rid of some enemy camps.
(Quest) In the Mountains - Well, this one takes place in Dragonspine. I have quested there before and started this one, too. But at least there are also some chests and stuff still lying around for me to collect to up that primo gain! But yeah, basically we're climbing the mountain here.
The Seelies in this quest bugged out on me twice... that was a bit annoying.
It also didn't help that I've previously completed parts of this map so I got a bit confused xD but I finally made it to the summit and restored the pillar and unlocked the domain there.
(Quest) The Festering Fang - We're trying to craft a weapon in this quest... I've farmed every boss available, but unfortunately, I didn't get the Northlander Polearm Billet, so this quest is now on hold. I might decide to farm Crimson Agates to get the billet from the tree on Dragonspine, but I'm not sure yet (I have it at level 5 and the billet is the level 8 reward.).
(Quest) The Great Mountain Survey - We retrieve some survey beacons on Dragonspine. And then place some new ones.
(Quest) The Great Mountain Survey II - Follow up quest to the last one where we have to place a beacon on the summit of Dragonspine.
(Quest) Ah, Fresh Meat! - We deliver some chilled meat and then have to kill the Snowboar King (And I misread that as Snowboard first and thought it would be a awesome snowboard challenge down the mountain, damn xD).
(Quest) A Land Entombed - We have to find some journals on Dragonspine.
(Quest) Lost in the Snow - We look for Joel's father on Dragonspine.
And that was the last quest, aside from the two I can't complete right now. The Frostbearing Tree also made it to level 6. I think most of my Primos came from Dragonspine, too for this session, since the other quests didn't really give any. I will probably do my weekly bounties in Mondstadt for now, too, to wrap up my reputation there.
I currently sit at 35 Intertwined Fates! I'll do the Reminiscent Regimen event and the Archon Quest Chapter 5 Act IV next and then of course the final Tribal Chronicle quest for the Children of Echoes for those sweet limited-time rewards... after that I'll focus on Natlan world quests before I continue elsewhere.
I've wrapped up the Reminiscent Regimen event. I'm not a huge fan of co-op events, too be honest and at first I was kinda scared I'd be the worst player, but I think I actually didn't do all that bad! Plus, it was fairly quick and actually rather fun. Definitely more fun than the previous single-player battle events that I completely sucked at xD. And I got some Co-Op Achievements, yay!
I've finally decided to do Chapter V Act IV. I got a few spoilers for this one and then was a bit reluctant to start it, somehow I always seem to be reluctant to start the sad parts, ahh >.<. Now that I've finished it I have to say it was pretty damn epic, I enjoyed every moment of that quest!
I actually got the prerequisit comission in Mondstadt for the Equivalent Exchange quest, so I could do that one. I also got the Anemo Treasure Compass! It was so much fun to use. I got 100% on all regions, except for Starfell Valley, which is now on 99%, ugh. I just can't find that last missing piece.
After that I decided to go to Dragonspine. I want to level up the Forstbearing Tree and up my exploration progress, which is currently at 62%.
I got the tree to level 8, which gave me the Northlander Polearm Billet I needed for that final Mondstadt quest and it also unlocked the Crimson Wish for Dragonspine, which are like weekly activities for more Crimson Agate?
My Exploration Progress for Dragonspine is now also at 88%.
(Quest) The Festering Fang - Finally able to complete this! And I've obtained the Dragonspine Spear. With this quest done I've completed all 22 reputation quests in Mondstadt.
Next I did the final Tribal Chronicle quest for the Children of Echoes. I had done the first two parts before the Archon Quest, but unfortunately the last part only unlocked afterwards, though imho, it should have just fully unlocked afterwards. But that quest was really something! I think I liked it best of all the Tribal Chronicles so far.
I have 60 Intertwined Fate now. Honestly, first I wanted to pull for Nahida constellations. Then I thought I'd skip her to get enough Fates for Neuvillette. But now Nahida's banner comes with both Kuki and Xingqiu... that's 3/4 of my main team... I just gotta try to get some of their constellations, I suppose :<. Omfg. I pulled... and got 3 Nahidas consecutively. What is the chance of that happening?! Like 0,002%? Well, I definitely got the constellations of her that I'd wanted.
In any case, on to doing more Natlan Quests. I will now save up for Neuvillette and his weapon <3. I spend a little for Kuki and Xingqiu, and I currently have 22 Intertwined Fates left.
(Quest) To the Night, What is the Night's - First up we solve three pretty easy puzzles to obtain keys to enter a temple. The temple was a lot smaller than I had thought it would be with just one decent puzzle.
I also randomly got Starfell Valley to 100%, completing my Mondstadt exploration (except for Dragonspine). The thing is... there were suddenly 4 chests around and on top of the tower in area of Stormbearer Mountains... that the compass picked up on. I might have believed to have missed the chests on the ground... but the on on top of the tower? Nope. Never. I was on that tower last week. I used the compass a dozen times on and around that tower, it's just not possible. Ah... whatever. Feels good to have that 100% on all the areas. Maybe the chests spawned after my world level had increased. That could be it.
Wuthering Waves

I've finally gotten around to play the new Act VIII. We are introduced to Youhu first. I don't dislike her, but now that I've seen a bit of her and got to play with her I'm not really sad anymore that she's on Jiyan's rerun banner and that I probably wont get her, since I'm not pulling on that one.
The new area looks stunning and I liked Shorekeeper's introduction. The whole story was just really, really good. I can't wait for more!
I've completed the Fairy Tale's Finale event. These combat-based events are really starting to be a lot of fun now that my main team is decent. But I ended up not completing all of the challenge stages regardless because I didn't feel like it.
I've also completed Where Stars Slumber, which was basically just Black Shores activities, so it wasn't too hard to do. I've also done Amidst the Stars, which is the picture taking activity for the Black Shores area.
And last but not least, Solaris Weather Forecast. I love these parkour events! I wish there were bigger ones that used like the whole map. They are so much fun!
My exploration for the two new areas was also at around 80% each, but I still didn't have Shorekeeper's weapon. But I was at 67 pulls at this point, so not much longer... Luckily I've barely done any side quests so far and I have enough stuff missing here and there to grind this one out.
My tower was sitting at 21/30 and I don't see myself improving there anytime soon, until I can finally focus on my second team.
Decided to do some of the Tactical Holograms, of which I hadn't done that many of yet... pull 68... nothing. I've cleared all of the Tactical Holograms up to difficulty 4/6 and pull 69 finally got me Shorekeeper's weapon <3. I suppose I can postpone the side quest grind for a bit longer, haha. Until the next event/update/whatever releases, I can chill a bit and concentrate on merely doing dailies and using my waveplates to upgrade my characters.
I've completed the Parade of Stars, which was basically just an event that gave more mats for leveling up characters. Since I am working on my second team, this was pretty easy to do. But that event sure helped to speed things up a bit! Jinhsi became my first character with completely maxed out Fortes. But Zhehzi and Xiangli Yao are close behind :D.
I've completed the Lollo Campaign: Rerun event. There wasn't much to it, though and I skipped the dialogue. But it gave lots of easy rewards!
I did one ten pull on Jiyan's banner to see if I can get lucky and get Youhu... but I got a weapon. Oh well. I think she's cute and fun, but I didn't necessarily want her anyway. Now I can save up for the next character that interests me! And if Yinlin gets a rerun, I wouldn't mind her weapon either. Though I am still hoping for a better character to team up with Xiangli Yao. We'll see.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard Play Time: 3:35h

So far I've met Neve Gallus, tried stopping Solas and met Bellara. We are currently in the Veil Jumper Camp and on our way to D'Meta's Crossing.
Not too far in, but so far I like it. And the game definitely looks gorgeous! The hair especially!
None
Core Keeper Play Time: 2:06h

Idk, at first I felt lost. But the game didn't really grab me at all. Which is why I've retired it.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink Play Time: 4:51h

Not once did I feel like playing this, so I've retired it for now. Maybe I'll restart it some day.
Honorable Mention: I tried the Metaphor ReFantazio - Prologue Demo and played it for an hour or so. While I liked it, it didn't grab my attention enough to make me want to play more of it, but I might get back to it.
Honestly, October was only big as far as Genshin Impact is concerned as I really got back into that game, it seems.

Retired Games
Core Keeper Play Time: 2:06h

Idk, at first I felt lost. But the game didn't really grab me at all. Which is why I've retired it.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink Play Time: 4:51h

Not once did I feel like playing this, so I've retired it for now. Maybe I'll restart it some day.
Honorable Mention: I tried the Metaphor ReFantazio - Prologue Demo and played it for an hour or so. While I liked it, it didn't grab my attention enough to make me want to play more of it, but I might get back to it.

November Update
This should have been the month where I play Dragon Age and nothing else, but sadly... it has disappointed me so much that I only played it a few times before... not touching it again. :< But I hope I'll get back to it.
Games Played
Honkai: Star Rail

I'm at 67 pity and guaranteed, since my last pull was Gepard. At the first of November I had 80 special tickets saved up for Sunday. I'm skipping Rappa since she'd only be collecting dust on my account. I don't want her to be another Boothill or Yunli, both characters I ended up regretting pulling for since I don't use them >.< buuut since I've been farming Path of Cavalier for my Firefly and Lingsha, Boothill and Yunli will get a few new relic pieces, too, so I may end up using them after all, who knows.
I've finally decided to to the main story of 2.6 Annals of Pinecany's Mappou Age. Ugh, it's all bananas, monkeys, ninjas and trashcans. I'm starting to develop a real dislike for Galaxy Rangers and the way they talk/behave!
But I really liked the MC, March and Dan Heng's interactions. And Mr. Reca is interesting, too, if also a bit too crazy for my taste. And Rappa's past is really sad... but I still find her too annoying, sorry.
The whole 2.6 story was just, how Robin put it, absurd. I just hope the next patch will be a bit more serious again.
Decided to to the "Mr. Cold Feet's Pop-Up Shop" Event, with a good 16 hours remaining, whoops. Luckily, this was a simple event of delivering some items that could be completed in mere minutes. Easy Jades! And some more interactions with Sampo.
Completed "Shadow of the Ranger", too. There wasn't really much to it, just some daily assignments.
Finall decided to do the "Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription" Event. I wasn't really too thrilled about this one (Just like the whole 2.6 update, I guess >.<).
I don't know how they managed to make a rhythm mini game so boring. And I didn't care about the "plot" at all. I'm so done with Rappa. I'm sorry =.=.
Genshin Impact

Starting the month with 23 Intertwined Fate and 56 pity on the character banner (no guarantee), trying to get enough for Neuvillette now :). The weapon banner is also at 35 pity, but I'm doubting that I'll get enough pulls for both (we'll see, I still got a lot of time. I might be misjudging this.).
I've unlocked the Imaginarium Theater and played it for the first time, but I don't think I fully grasp it yet. And I've only made it to stage four, which seems bad xD.
I got my first weapon to level 90! Of course it had to be Alhaitham's.
I finally got around to do the Chromatic Ode of Candies and Roses event, which is about the Sabzeruz Festival in Sumeru. I wish I would have completed Sumeru's Archon quest beforehand, but it is what it is. Now I was basically like "who are all of these characters?!" Haha.
I liked the mini games, except for the battle one. I still suck at those, could only clear them with silver, not gold. I'm not used to any of these characters and it shows. Even with the three trial characters each stage I couldn't do it. I'm not complaining, though. It's just a skill issue I'll need to get over eventually, with some practice xD.
I've completed the Feast of Pursuit event, but only up to the Desperate difficulty (3/4). I tried Steadfast on one of them, but I'm definitely not good enough for that. It was still fun.
(Quest) To Wish Upon A Star - Decided to do some more Natlan exploration and stumbled upon this quest where we help a kid collect some star shards in a small cave, but nothing really comes of it.
(Quest) Ripe for Trouble - Since this is one of the last Natlan quests I'm missing I decided to do it as well.
We are looking for a missing guard in a cave and then help him restore a few things for the Flamegranate Tree's roots. This was actually a nice cave with some good exploration and rewards.
I finally got all three tribes to reputation 4 (max rep), which means I can finally craft the Pyro Treasure Compass! With that I managed to get my overall Natlan exploration to 80% for the time-limited bonus. I'm currently at 70 Intertwined Fate. Honestly, not so bad, considering there's a whole patch still coming before Neuvillette. I mean, worst case I need 269 pulls for him and his weapon... let's just hope worst case wont happen :< because best case... I also get him C1, haha. I just need more time to grind.
I unlocked and cleared the Chamber of Night's Trial, but only after lowering my world level again. Oh well, cleared is cleared, I guess! :D
I got all of the Shrine of Depths in Natlan, finally. And I also got the Azure Obsidian Ring, but I still only have 2/3 fragments for the other ones. My exploration for Toyac Springs is at 100% , while the other regions sit at exactly 91% each. I'm following a guide for all of the Precious and Luxurious Chests now since I clearly must be missing some of them since my missing fragments can only be obtained from them. I'm determined to get the region to 100% before the update!
I've finally gotten all of the rings. But now my progress in Tequemecan Valley is still only at 99% and the Basin is only at 94% still. I did all of the Challenges, too! Guess I need to walk around a little while longer.
I missed one of the days of the "Marvelous Merchandise" Event. Guess I'm too used to stuff unlocking fully that I didn't even think to check that this was a daily event.
Everyone on my Alhaitham Team is now at least at level 80 with most of the talents leveled up. I still need to farm at least some half-way decent artifacts for them, but other than that I think I'll start on my Neuvillette team now. I guess I just want his team to be at least somewhat ready for him as soon as I get him :D.
I did some more exploration and finally have all of the four regions at 100%! I even found the fruit that our little Saurian friend had planted in a quest a while back had sprouted. And I found two more side quests that I'm going to do now. I feel pretty good about this. This is the first time I've stayed on top of a patch and actually did most of the content before the next one. Even in Star Rail I rarely do any side quests and exploration... I guess it's all because I want to save up for Neuvillette, haha. And idk, exploration is just fun in Genshin.
(Quest) Lost Packages Retrieval - I found one of the items, then looked at a guide to find the other ones and delivered them.
(Quest) Stride on Rainbows, Split the Waves - Chasing some birds away, doing a little parkour course and then fixing some spirit ways which unlocked an even larger course.
(Quest) The Case of the Crafting Bench - I don't know, I did this when I was tired and didn't really read the text. But I did have to do some trials that were fun and there was a lot of talking =.=!
I have one day left until the next patch so I've decided to go back to Sumeru's Archon quest! Chapter III: Act I, which I've started before. We're looking for Haypasia. We find her, but get teleported through different dream (?) scenarios until we are woken up. After talking to Haypasia we return to the village where we say goodbye to Collei and Tighnari before heading to Sumeru City where we try to find a way to meet with the Dendro Archon. We meet Dunyarzad and Dehya... and then Nilou, who is so pretty! And then we promise to attend the Sabzeruz Festival, before we go and investigate some theft that has happened.
After a bit of investigating, Alhaitham appears and he tasks us to get close to Dori.
And that's how far I got before the new patch dropped.
I did exactly one pull on Chasca's banner. Decided to pull until the first 4 star dropped, which happened exactly at the first one. Unfortunately it wasn't Ororon, but Sucrose T_T. I don't want to mess up my pity for Neuvillette, so this is as far as I'll go. So at the beginning of 5.2, before touching anything, I had 89 Intertwined Fate! But now, with the new patch, new Battle Pass, new region, new quests and events let's see how far I can go before Neuvillette.
But before any of that I've decided to wrap up Chapter III: Act I. There can't be all that much left, right? So, we meet up with Dori. We purchase a Knowledge Capsule from her and Alhaitham teaches us how to use it.
Next we buy information from Dori for Alhaitham. Afterwards we need to confront the Ayn Al-Ahmar group. After the confrontation, which had a pretty nice cutscene, we have one more talk with Alhaitham and then part ways. And that's the end of Chapter III: Act I! Next up will be the Sabzeruz Festival in Act II, however, as I've said above, I'm returning to Natlan for the current content first.
So that means... on to the Chapter V: Interlude! We are heading to the Flower-Feather Clan :D. Too bad Iansan isn't voiced :(.
Alright, first I unlocked the map. The two new Saurians are so much fun! Flying is great!
I got distracted a bunch. Decided to finally unlock the TCG thingie. But I had to do Jean's Story quest first?
(Quest) Leo Minor Chapter Act I: Master's Day Off - I've started this quest before. But I'm at the part were we have to catch the cat and return Venti's lyre strings. We go looking for Jean again. Then we have to hunt down some Abyss Order guys. Afterwards we return to Mondstadt were everyone threw a party for Jean, aw. And that's it :).
It's TCG time! I played through the tutorial and then reached level 2 to be able to do the weeklies. It's surprisingly fun! I'll definitely continue doing a match here and there.
Now, finally back to the Chapter V Interlude. We help some people that were affected by the Abyss. That... was definitely intense. And darker than I thought. After that we make our way back to the Stadium for the forging of our ancient name. Uh, well there wasn't much too this part. And that already concludes the Interlude... it was shorter than I'd thought.
Well, in that case I'll continue to explore for a bit, unlocking all of the waypoints and getting stuff as I see it.
I've completed the "Claw Convoy" event, which I thought was pretty fun. And it gave such cute rewards!
Wuthering Waves

Starting the month with enough resources for a meager 8 pulls and 30 pity (no guarantee) on the character banner. But Camellya is coming up and I'm not interested in her (yet), still waiting to see whatever comes after her :).
I've put some effort into my Jinhsi team, finally getting into Echos and getting some good ones for her. Though Zhezhi still needs some more work. But I finally cleared both Hazard Tower levels with my Jinhsi team with 3/3 stars. The right tower sits at 11/12 with my Xiangli Yao team (Yinlin still needs some work, but she's also getting her signature weapon, Stringmaster, as she's about to rerun soon, yay). And the left tower sits at 8/12 with my Jiyan team, but that one's a hot mess still. I can't even clear the last level. Mortefi and Baizhi are basically completely unbuilt still (they are only level 50 and 60, haha). But overall I'm at 25/30 for the Tower of Adversity and I'm pretty happy with that. Maybe I could push it by clearing some of the lower levels with someone else to at least clear that last level of the first tower? Hmm, feels like doing a puzzle xD. But now I've cleared 27/30 of the tower by doing some of the right side with Jihan to do the last level of the left side with Xiangli Yao. Reset is, at the point of writing this, in 16 hours, so that's about as far as I can go. The next reward is at 30/30, so there really is no point in trying to go further.
I've completed the Infinite Battle Simulation event. I have no idea what I was doing, but running around and collecting buffs and nuking everything at the end was pretty fun xD.
I've tried out Camellya and damnit... I like her gameplay. Well, at least she's Havoc, so that would be a good thing? And I have enough pulls saved up. So, let's do this... Unfortunately lost the 50/50 at 72 to Calcharo, but then finally got her at 68. Could have gone better, oh well. I'm also 35 pulls into her weapon. Will I get it and still also get enough for Stringmaster? Who knows :D. For now I'll just use Emerald of Genesis on her.
I leveled her to 60 and she cleared all but the last level of the left (Havoc) tower with ease. Damn. 4 Days remaining until the tower reset. I'm determined to 30/30 it this time. I just need to build Camellya more. Good thing I have a lot of Crystal Solvents saved up.
I finally got my first two region (of the original ones) to 100% exploration. I swear they added new chests with the 1.4 update. Not that I would be complaining.
I've decided to do the Somnium Labyrinth, the story event of 1.4, next. I want the cute little cat sword :3.
Omg, Lumi is so cute. Sooo cute. Why are all of these new 4* characters so cute? T.T
I liked the dreams! They were so much fun, though I would have liked a few different characters. Jiyan would have been awesome!
The Rift Runner part was fun and quick. Nightmare Revisited was fine and allowed me to try out Lumi (I don't really like her gameplay, so I'm not too sad about not getting her). Overall, it was a fun event, but it could have been longer.
And I did it! 30/30 on the tower for the first time. My Crystal Solvents went down to 33, but it was all worth it to build Camellya so quickly <3 (A bit went to Sanhua, too, to complete the team). I'm still trying to get her weapon. Once I have it, I can give Emerald of Genesis to Sanhua.
I've cleared 9/12 of the Overdrive Zone in the Tower of Adversity, which is basically the max that gives Astrites as rewards. My Jinhsi team was doing great, the other two still need a bit of work.
Since 2.0 Drip dropped I'm just gonna say, if he's really a healer, I'm definitely interested in getting Brant. And if Roccia works well with Camellya, she's a no brainer, too (I also love her design the most of the new characters!). I might be interested in Carlotta for a Glacio team. Not so interested in Phoebe or Zani right now. But in the end it all depends on their gameplay, I guess.
I'm doing the "Pincer Maneuver" Event next. First of all, I definitely didn't appreciate an event that asks for two Havoc teams. I'm glad I built Camellya. But I still suck at this. It's frustrating =.=.
Decided to delve into the Depths of Illusive Realm instead for a bit of a change. I love the new weekly rewards!
Uh... I decided to use my remaining Radiant Tide in an attempt to get more Corals to squeeze in an extra weapon banner pull or two out and ended up getting a copy of Camellya at 11 pity, ffs. I'm not even mad, though, she's so much fun to play with and her S1 is really good. Plus, it was only 11 pulls, so it's not like I lost a significant amount of pity towards the next character.
I finally got her weapon at 68 pity. Now to save for Stringmaster.
Also finished the "Pincer Maneuver" Event by using Camellya's spin to win. Boring but effective once you understand what to do. I used Jinhsi and Zhezhi on the other side, which also worked fine.
Doing some quests and further exploration next.
(Quest) A Free Meal? I + II - We fix some Sound Dampeners and kill a few waves of monsters. Hahaha, in part two we actually get abducted. It's like a candy-truck situation! We escape and help some other people escape, too.
I've completed the "Beyond the Waves" Event, which was basically just free stuff for daily activities. But I love the little hamster and its mini games <3.
I've also cleared the next ToA with 30/30, though it did take me a bit of trial and error and looking at some guides for rotations. This also showed me that I'll probably skip Carlotta since I don't have the resources for another team, or even character. I still need to farm so many echoes...
Doing some Exploration quest that I haven't completed yet...
(Quest) Shadows of the Past (Tiger's Maw - Act II) - Which leads us to killing the Lampylumen Myriad boss and the mines are now finally operating again.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard Play Time: 8:54h

D'Meta's Crossing was really awesome, almost like a horror movie! Reminded me of A Plague Tale.
Next we go back to the Ritual Site to find Solas' dagger. Something rather unexpected happens to Harding and then we have another chat with Solas.
We make it to The Crossroads and I've decided to talk to the Crows next. I've recruited Lucanis, who's definitely interesting.
Then I've witnessed one of Solas' memories and did a few other things while exploring the Crossroads.
I did my first companion quest, helping Harding with her new abilities, which I think was fine. Then I did Lucani's first companion quest, which was basically just a little chat with him, but good enough to get to know him better.
After that I did Bellara's Outing, were we check some ancient elven artifacts.
This should have been the month where I play Dragon Age and nothing else, but sadly... it has disappointed me so much that I only played it a few times before... not touching it again. :< But I hope I'll get back to it.
