There's a neat deal going on right now--go to the Amazon Underground app on your Android phone or Kindle (this isn't the Amazon Shopping app, it's not on the Play Store so you have to go to the Amazon website to get Amazon Underground), and there's a promotion. Download any in a list of free games, and get $5 Amazon credit. Not too bad!
Obviously by where I put the thread, the highlight of these free games is Knights of the Old Republic. I didn't even know the game was available on the phone! I don't know how well it plays, but it's worth a download. I mean, you're essentially getting paid $5 to download it after all.
A few other highlights from the list are:
- Sonic CD (which like all the classic Sonic mobile ports is actually very very good and probably the most complete version of the game)
- Monsters Ate My Birthday Cake (a neat little puzzle game from Adult Swim Games, which has a great publishing track record for the most part)
And while this title *isn't* on the promotion list, Ducktales Remastered is also free.
Happy mobile gaming and free $5, everyone!

I wish there was a way to take advantage of this without an Android device. =\ Oh well.

Well, you could download Bluestacks on your computer--it's an official (??) Android emulator of sorts.
But then again, every time I see someone install that their computers 'explode' so...

GenyMotion uses Virtualbox and I found it stabler than Bluestacks :)

I claimed mine at the time and didn't post. Thanks for the heads up!
