Honestly underrated, although that's just because it was on the Wii U haha.
It was such a great game for the system, it took advantage of the hardware in the best way and gave a really solid multiplayer game to play with friends.

Mainly get the fun out of the multiplayer games. Not the most enjoyable solo.

if anything is a show piece for the wii u, it's this (duh, it was a pack-in). it makes by far the best use of the gamepad, and what we find out is, it's great for multiplayer, unlike what the advertising would've had you believe. totally unique among home consoles in that aspect, the dynamic is awesome, it's like the 1v3 minigames in mario party (the ones that aren't totally unfair). the co-operative games are neat too, like metroid and zelda, but i didn't get a ton of experience with those. what kept me coming back to the singleplayer games, like the donkey kong obstacle course, was the abundance of collectibles. so fun to fill up the hub with wacky stuff, and there are plenty of neat little details to the game as a whole regardless. it feels like a love letter to nintendo's history, but in a different way from smash, a cheekier way

Painfully mediocre set of mini-games. Fun to see references to Nintendo franchises in their individual games but bland gameplay.

One of the most underrated Nintendo experiences out there. This game is tons of fun to play with people at parties. The Mario Chase and Luigi's Mansion games are my favorites. $60 is a big ask, but if you can pick this guy up for $20 somewhere you definitely should give it a shot.

This and several other party games are one of the main reasons why I will always turn on my Wii U for parties. This game has so much variety and was a perfect tech demo for showing off what the Wii U could have done.

honestly a really neat launch title. Shows off the capabilities of the Wii U in ways that not a lot of other games really showed. Also features a ton of nintendo franchises and fanservice for those franchises which makes the game overall quite the charming little romp to go through

A wonderfully fun party game that is great with friends and family. If you have a Wii U stored away anywhere and you want a use for it, buy this game and invite some friends over, you will have an amazing time.

This is a fantastic game! Lots of wonderful games to play and interesting modes. Some aren't that fun to complete but the multiplayer ones are terrific! We had so much fun playing this back when I got the Wii U.

Honestly some of the best local multiplayer my family has ever had. Nintendo Land strikes an excellent balance of showcasing a new system, giving a solid amount of solo content, and bringing enough replayability for when your friends come over. For yeara, this game was the go-to for every time we wanted to sit down and play a game. The sheer love of Nintendo on display is nostalgic and wonderful and it's a shame the game may never get a sequel or a port due to its nature. Nintendo Land must not be forgotten!

Dad got so good at being archer at one point, that he had mastered all the levels. I was his backup swordsman who always got hit by his arrows in the end. I remember trying to get my dad super into games at one point that I was looking forward to playing every single WiiU game that was cool looking even when they were really crappy. I loved how cute this game was. I just wish that they would have put more multiplayer games than the standard one players that they gave me. More multiplayer please.

Nintendo Land is a brilliant show of what Nintendo’s new console and tablet controller are capable of, and has far more depth and content then you’d expect from a mini-game collection. The attractions are ridiculously fun and offer plenty of variety, whether you’re flying solo or entertaining a group. Throw in high scores to best, gold trophies to earn, stamp achievements to collect and tons of Plaza decorations to unlock, and what you’ve got is an experience that must not be missed, and probably the best show of Wii U available at launch.
