What Never Was is a fitting name for a prologue to a story that will seemingly never come out. At least we got a vaguely interesting playable cutscene out of it.

a good appetizer to a promising puzzle game, the interactivity is a bit clunky but not overwhelmingly so, the voice acting is nice and the mechanics entertaining, waiting for the second part to come out, hoping soon

Really engaging. I am just sad there isn't more because it feels like there should be. There is a chapter two yet to be announced, though.

A short little puzzle game. The player's grandpa is recently deceased and you are looking through is stuff in the attic when you find a couple of puzzles to solve.
It was alright but felt more as a prologue than a full game. The developer seems to have plans for a sequel so maybe this gets built upon. As it stands right now it's a cozy 20 minute experience

A nice little game.

Graphics - great.
Soundtrack - okay.
Voice acting - Really good, better than I would have expected. Also the reason why I voted it with 8/10.
Mechanics - The game is so short that there's not much room for mechanics but the game played well, animations were also great and smooth.

Gives me "The Room" trilogy vibes.

All in all a solid game worth playing for half an hour.

The quality voice acting and dialog, coupled with simple, but captivating puzzles, the sense of curiosity, everything comes together for the sweet 30 minutes of gameplay that will transport you to an attic in the English countryside.
A promise of good things to come (since the game was awarded the Epic MegaGrant).

Very short and relaxing little point-and-click game. Feels more like a demo than a complete story in itself, but if there's ever a continuation I'd definitely love to play it.
