I've noticed that my platform list looks somewhat "empty" due to most of my games being completed on PC. So, I'm wondering if it's possible to add an option to double- or triple-stack the longest bars, like on my mock-up, in order to make shorter bars more noticeable.

That's correct, your turn.
That was my intention, by the way - IMO, it's more fun to do actual research and guesswork rather than just knowing the game.

Fantasian
Fantasian Neo-Dimension
The former already has Neo Dimension's platforms and alias listed. Also, the subtitle is spelled without a hyphen.
I would also like to point out that several previous requests went apparently unnoticed.

Final Fantasy. I love JRPGs, but I'm yet to finish a single FF game. I tried VI, VII, IX, X, and XIII, and I didn't like any of them. Maybe it's because I've been spoiled on some story details, or maybe because their good parts have been since copied and refined by other games - I have no clue what's wrong with them (or me). I feel like they lack some sort of... "integrity", maybe, but can't quite put my finger on it.

Finally done with not one, but two long strategies that I've owned for over a decade.
Might and Magic: Heroes VI is certainly less ambitious than V ever was, and I honestly see why people back then hated it. However, VI isn't really a bad game, just an average one. Creatures' abilities matter here a lot more than in any previous game, and the zones-of-control mechanic is surprisingly handy, eliminating the need to hunt down these remote mines. However, I didn't like that towns were so easy to rebuild into ones of your own faction, since by the endgame it usually boils down to rebuilding every town and massing a huge army of your faction, rather than trying to combine creatures from different ones.
King's Bounty: The Legend, meanwhile, had all the combining I've ever needed. It strictly limits the amount of troops the player can hire from each habitat, oftentimes forcing me to choose whether I should retain this stack which numbers a third of its power after all the losses, or should I just disband it and hire some vikings/walking trees/dragons/whathaveyou in a nearby habitat, even if your artifacts don't work as well with them. It's a great way of forcing the player to experiment, I really liked it. Rage abilities are a mess though; by endgame they are all but useless, aside from, like, two of them.

TBH, we hear that for the fourth generation in a row. At this point, I'm convinced they can survive just about anything.

It's definitely Etherlords, I'd say the first game. The series is also known as "Demiurges".

I also used to write down my completions on paper (only JRPGs, though, since I love them more than any other genre), but then I lost the notebook, and realized that using a website would be a better choice than risking losing it again. Over time, I decided to catalog games of other genres as well.

Finished Final Remix quite some time ago. The story sure was awesome, but I didn't care about the combat system at all. I've heard that the DS version had better combat, but I don't think there's a point in trying it out without a real console.

I'm personally very harsh with my reviews for this very reason - many people just leave a 10/10 on an obviously flawed game, making every half-decent title an 8/10 at the very least. So, I rate games highly only when they are almost impeccable in both gameplay and story. 10/10 is reserved for personal favorites, the kind for which I would erase my memory to play it for the first time once again.
However, just have a leaning towards the higher end of the scale is okay - it's not like there's many Superman 64s out there. Major game studios just wouldn't survive if they made a 1/10 for every 10/10, and nobody's going to seriously play, let alone rate a crappy indie from the bowels of Steam or eShop.

A long shot, but is it something from Falcom's library, like Dragon Slayer/Xanadu?

Finished The Legend of Dragoon a couple of days ago. I liked the story and unique aesthetics, but the combat was quite shallow. A couple of tweaks would have done wonders to it, but alas, they focused on presentation way too much.

Finished Summon Night: Swordcraft Story. It's a really fun JRPG with action combat, somewhat reminiscent of early Tales games. The main 50-floor dungeon is somewhat tedious, but fortunately, it's not the only one. Although the game would be even better if it wasn't tied to a single city.
Character writing is pretty good as well, it's no Mega Man Battle Network where these guys are your friends because the plot said they are.

I mostly play games that have in-game timers, but if they don't, then I rely on outside means, like Steam's "in-game time" feature. And if I can't do that, then I use HLTB's timer.

Alright, I'll take it. That one shouldn't be very hard.
Speaking of JRPGs, I just adore their overloaded UIs. The only thing it lacks is a fingerless glove meter.

Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX - Mar 03
Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 2 - Mar 05
Golden Sun: The Lost Age - Mar 08
Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter - Mar 20
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective - Mar 23
Men of War: Red Tide - Mar 23
Luminous Avenger games are nothing special. The first one is literally a mission pack for Gunvolt 2 - not that it's bad, just nothing new. The second, on the other hand... Now, I appreciate the attempt to alter Copen's moveset a bit, but they managed to butcher both his mobility and damage output in the process, making him significantly less fun to play. I even went back to COGEN: Sword of Rewind and did Copen's DLC stage - and even there he was more fun to play than in his own game.
Next, I finished Golden Sun: The Lost Age. I actually started playing it right after the first game - but then stuff happened, I made a break, then lost my save, and so on. And now I finally finish it, five and a half years later. Honestly, now, being spoiled by many other JRPGs, I see numerous flaws in Golden Sun. Combat system doesn't have much depth, and sandbox-like design ends up being just confusing, for example. But, being fair, it was pretty much the only game of such scope on GBA.
As for Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter, I didn't like how they put roguelike elements into it. It basically encourages you to restart and spend more time just to see the whole story, not just the bare-bones version. The game also gives little to no variety on restarts, eliminating the biggest selling points of roguelikes. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid PS2 RPG.

I'd answer "emulators", but that's cheating.
As far as actual mobile games go, I like Kemco's games the most. Yeah, they're shovelware, and there are a lot of ads. But when you can get a fully-featured JRPG for free, that's pretty nice. Sword of Elpisia is the best I've played so far.
I also like the Kingdom Rush series, they're pretty fun tower defence games.
